Terms Of Use
The Vibes Academy’s Platform can be found at www.vibesacademy.com, and also includes all of the subdomains, any other media, location, application, etc. owned, managed/ operated, by The Vibes Academy.
When referring to the infrastructure in this Agreement, we will be collectively referring to them as the “Platform”.
By using our Platform in any way, you are expressly agreeing to, and give your consent to be governed by, these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms or you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must not use or access Vibes Academy’s Platform in any manner.
The Vibes Academy is neither a content provider nor an educational institution. The Vibes Academy is not responsible for interactions between Creators and Students, and is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that may arise out of the Creator/Student relationship, including but not limited to, any Student’s reliance upon any information provided by a Creator or Creator Content at any time.
Students assume full responsibility for the disclosure and use of any other personal information the student chooses to disclose to any Creator on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Platform.
The Vibes Academy gives You a limited, non-exclusive access and use The Platform for your own personal and commercial purposes. This access is only for Your use and may not be assigned or sublicensed to anyone else.
No Illegal Activity: Do not use The Vibes Academy Platform for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
No Fraud: Fraud will not be tolerated in any capacity
No Bad Code: Do not use The Platform to transmit, distribute, send, viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner
No Spamming: You may not use The Academy Platform to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on The Vibes Academy Platform, including The Vibes Academy (and its employees), and Students
No Impersonation of The Vibes Academy or its Employees: You will not impersonate The Vibes Academy or any of its employees as well as You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and You may not use the Platform or any content contained on the Platform for any purposes other than intended.
Deletion / Refund Should a school, course, or Student account be canceled or deleted, the Student may no longer have access to The Vibes Academy Content and Content may be irrecoverable. The Vibes Academy shall not be liable to any party in any way for the inability to access Content arising from any cancelation or deletion, including any claims of interference with business or contractual relations, or refund claims
NO user shall be permitted to perform any of the following prohibited activities while availing our services:
- Making available any content that is misleading, harmful, threatening, vulgar or invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially or ethnically.
- Stalking, intimidating or harassing another to commit violence.
- Interfering with any other person’s use of the application/ website/services
- Make available any content or material that you do not have a right to make available under any law, post or transmit any material that contains viruses, worms, code, files of such other programs that may harm the platform/ services, or that may harvest or collect any data or personal information about other users without their consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the platform/services/products or other affiliated sites.
- Use the services for purposes that are not permitted by these terms
- Violate any of the terms under the terms for the use of the platform/website/services and products.
The Vibes Academy reserves the rights over the entire Platform:
The Vibes Academy may modify, terminate, or refuse to provide Academy Services at any time for any reason, without notice
Neither the Vibes Academy nor any third parties provide ant warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness of the information and materials found or offered on the website for any particular purpose.
The Vibes Academy may remove anyone from The Platform at any time for any reason, solely in The Vibes Academy’s discretion. This right is not modified by any other section of this Agreement
The Vibes Academy may, but has no obligation to, monitor any content that appears on The Platform or review any conduct occurring through the Platform, including any interactions between Creators and Students
The Vibes Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its refund policy, at its sole discretion
The Vibes Academy reserves the right to remove You and Your Content without warning if You violate any of the provisions of this Agreement
The Vibes Academy has, in its sole discretion, an absolute right to modify, change, alter, suspend, or terminate any provision of this Agreement without warning at any time
The Vibes Academy disclaims any responsibility for any errors and accuracy of the information that may be contained in the platform
Occasionally, the website/platform may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide information, they do not signify that we endorse the websites. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.
Come contents in the platform may contain opinions and views. The Vibes Academy shall not be responsible for such opinions or any claims resulting from them. Further, the Vibes Academy makes no warranties regarding the quality, content or adequacy of such information and data.
By registering yourself, you agree to make your contact available to our employees and partners so that you may be contacted for information and promotions through telephone, sms and emails etc.
In the event of your breach of these terms, you agree that the Vibes Academy will be irreparably harmed and may not have adequate remedy in damages or money. Therefore, the platform is entitled to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction.
